Silicon Beach Medical Center offers excellent service provided by their very caring and professional staff. I had a great experience at this medical clinic — everyone was attentive, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would definitely come back and highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this facility. I paid one evening to see a doctor because I was sick and urgently needed antibiotics. The facility never sent the prescription to the pharmacy afterwards... I waited for an hour at CVS late that night and was informed by the pharmacists that no prescription had been sent to them after checking many times. The next morning I again checked with CVS, yet they had no record of receiving any prescription. I called the urgent care facility as soon as it opened at 10 a.m. but they were surprisingly unapologetic and unhelpful, even though this was an urgent problem. While all human beings can sometimes make serious mistakes, they still did not provide the prescription for my medication until hours later in the afternoon following several more calls of mine. All of this caused a significant delay in receiving my medication due to a grave mistake with a basic task. I sincerely hope that the facility will ensure that this never happens again to other patients.

At Silicon Beach Medical Center, their outstanding medical center team delivered timely care, coordinated smoothly, listened closely to concerns, and followed up diligently, creating confidence, comfort, and trust throughout diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and aftercare phases consistently.
