Very pleased with the service provided. The amenities were okay, but I’m big on customer and client care, and they were amazing. The staff made sure we were well looked after. It was a bit daunting since my partner and I were only there on holiday when we got into an accident, so the extra care they gave us was truly comforting. Nancy was especially incredible, she works hard and is amazing at what she does, all while having a genuine, warm spirit. She helped turn a difficult situation into a much more positive experience. Dr. Mitra was also lovely, ensuring everything ran smoothly and supporting us towards a quick recovery. I genuinely appreciate all the staff for looking after us over the several weeks we were there, and for their patience with our constant lateness. 🤭 Thank you all. ❤️

I had an excellent experience at this medical office while being treated for an industrial injury. Nancy and the entire staff were professional, efficient, and courteous from the moment I arrived. They explained each step of the process clearly, helped ensure my needs were met always ensured I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Razipour was thorough in the examination, took time to listen to my concerns, and explained the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. I feel confident that my health and recovery was their priority! Nancy runs the office smoothly and efficiently, she respects patients’ time, and provides quality care for patients. I would recommend this medical office to anyone.

I’ve been coming to Nature’s Remedy Clinic in Los Angeles and I’m Very Happy with the care I’ve received. Nancy is always professional, polite, and makes every visit smooth and welcoming. Dr. Razipour is excellent knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients patients. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience.
