Dr Lynne Mielke is one the best doctors ever! She will assess you until she finds the answers which I have experienced that no other doctor has been able to. She pays attention to symptoms and studies the connection with lab reports. She is smart and suggests the best approach for your quality of life. She handles each patient differently. Dr Mielke uses the best labs and is always up on cutting edge medical technology. Been seeing her since 2015 and I feel very blessed to have her in my life. She saved my life so to speak. I know that I am getting the highest quality care when I see her.

Very happy with my work with Dr. Mielke on HRT and general nutrition so far. I've learned so much from her--and feel so much better already after only a couple months. Her staff is amazing, starting with the 3-4 calls leading up to booking my first appointment. I had loads of questions which were answered thoroughly and with enormous patience.

Dr. Mielke has been my doctor for a number of years now. I can’t say enough positive things about her and my experience at Optimal Health Spectrum.
