This is LONG overdue. Words can hardly capture the professionalism of this team or Wendy’s unwavering dedication to her craft. She truly knows her work, and she supports you every step of the way. Wendy lives and breathes what she teaches, and it shows in her… Your body will feel Restored and Refreshed. So what’s holding you back? Been coming here consistently for the past couple months, at least once a week or every two weeks. The open system has been so helpful for my digestive system, especially being on a keto diet with limited fiber intake. Wendy and the staff are so knowledgeable and supportive every visit. Wendy is a complete gut health and nutrition expert and is always open to answer any of my questions and gives such great feedback and solutions. Katie is such a joy to see and so accommodating to make each visit comfortable. She even made it a point to buy straws after I asked. It makes it easier drinking the electrolyte water they offer, sitting at a recline on the open system. The room itself is completely private, with a cart that has different supplies you might need, even a massager for your tummy. They also have a whiteboard with a welcome sign with your name on it, that always makes me smile when I come. It’s their expertise, support, care and results in my gut health/digestive system that has me coming back. I would recommend Refresh Your Soul to anyone needing improvement on their gut health.

The staff at Refresh Your Soul are very professional. I have used both the open and closed systems. The staff is very welcoming and supportive. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. I travel over an hour each way for the specialization they offer. The nutrition support they offer is also valuable. They work hard to have you feeling better.
