Taina has helped me immensely. She’s played a pivotal role in helping me understand and begin to heal from my complex PTSD. I’ve already noticed significant improvements, and we’ve only had about 15 sessions so far. One unexpected but welcome result is that my vertigo—linked to my PTSD symptoms—has also improved. Even my ability to express myself verbally has gotten better, and I’m confident that with more sessions, other areas of my life will continue to grow and improve as well. What stands out most to me is how much they genuinely care about the people they serve. This isn’t one of those money-driven operations like other neurofeedback companies I’ve dealt with, which often use intimidation tactics to pressure you into purchasing big packages. Taina provides high-quality care that’s both affordable and accessible, and it’s clear that compassion is at the center of what she does. She always checks in before and after each session to see how you’re doing, and that kind of personal, human touch is rare these days—but it makes all the difference. Byron has also been incredibly helpful with scheduling and answering all my questions. He was actually the first person I spoke to when I was searching for a neurofeedback center, and he left such a great impression that I felt confident moving forward with BrainWaves. Everyone at BrainWaves is genuinely happy to help however they can. They’ve become not just an important part of my healing process, but a meaningful part of my life overall. I’m truly grateful to have found them, and I highly recommend BrainWaves to anyone seeking real, compassionate, and effective care.
