Caroline took the time to listen to my needs, explain every step of the process, and made sure I was relaxed and informed throughout. Her skill and attention to detail were outstanding — I barely felt the Elite Body Drip IV go in, and she checked in regularly to make sure I was feeling great. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professional expertise with genuine kindness the way Caroline does. She turned what could have been a routine appointment into a truly enjoyable experience.
