After having my 4th mental breakdown, I found Dr Kayaiya online. I literally was loosing my mind. I have struggled with major depression my whole life. In 2012, I had my 3rd mental breakdown and it took a full year and a half to feel free of depression. Even after the year and a half, I was never the same. Since then, I've been on 3 anti-depressants, from 2012 until now, 2025. This past April 2025, I started by having a brain mapping session. Then I began 24 treatments, ending mid August. After about 8 or so treatments I could feel the difference. By the end of my treatments, I felt free from depression and anxiety. I say, "I have my mind and life back". About half way through my treatments, I began to taper off one med at a time. I'm going to taper off the last one in Jan 2026. I have lost stubborn weight and have stop napping everyday. I truly am free from the tiring day to day living. She is one of the sweetest person I've met. Her team is just as amazing! I paid out of pocket and it was worth every penny! I recommend this treatment to anyone who struggles with mental health issues!! I pray that this is helpful and encouraging. BE blessed, Teri

I’ve been going to healthy within for well over a year and have had such an improvement in my PTSD symptoms. I’ve been to other nuerofeedback centers but haven’t had nearly the same results as I have with DNS. I really have to thank Dr. Kakaiya and her team for their work. I can’t recommend this doctor enough!
