I sought out Dr. Walia's expertise to navigate the changes associated with menopause. She insightfully suggested involving my husband in the appointments to ensure he could provide meaningful support. Dr. Walia excelled at tailoring a comprehensive program not only for my specific needs but also incorporating specific elements for my husband's health. Her approach focused on getting to the root cause of our health concerns, guiding us toward healthier living through a personalized regimen of food and supplements. This program is a true collaboration, requiring commitment from the patient, Dr. Walia as the coach, and family support systems. The outcomes have been incredibly rewarding. Together, my husband and I have collectively lost over 30 lbs, and my recent blood work shows significant improvement. These results are a testament to the customized program and exceptional support provided by Dr. Walia for both of us.

Working with Dr. Walia and her team was a wonderful experience, from the communication with her and and her staff to the one on one appointments with Dr. Walia everything was great! I just completed my 4 month timeline which included detox , supplements and nutritional changes and I lost over 23 pounds and I feel better then I have in a long time. I didn't necessarily complete the program for weight loss, but to feel better with body aches and pains but accomplished weight loss as well. Before and after photos attached.
