Great physical therapy experience with Dr. Derrick of SD Sports Physical Therapy! He is easy to work with - very friendly, attentive and effective. The treatment plan was personalized, and I saw improvement throughout my sessions. I also felt supported and encouraged during PT. .i recommend him to anyone needing help to relieve pain, heal & strengthen!

A top-notch facility with exceptional trainers and physical therapists. Choosing to come to SDSPT was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I have never looked back. Ive been following Parmis Rezvani from clinic to clinic and I think shes right where she belongs at SDSPT. I am tricky patient to work on considering my hyper mobility and my nerve issues I deal with due to having thoracic outlet syndrome. Parmis has tons of experience treating everyone from athletes to ordinary people to the elderly. I think the fact that she has such a wide variety of experience and how she is so in tune with the human body makes her the best at what she does. Her manual therapy is top notch, I have been to dozens of body workers and no one gives me immediate results and relief the way she does. The corrective exercises that she prescribes are methodical and scientific. She also handled my PT post surgery and I dont think anyone else could of given me the results she gave. Highly recommend anyone who has dealt with chronic issues or pain without any real progress or relief. Or anyone who wants to fine tune their body to optimize the way they live and move. Super grateful for Parmis.
