Dr. Brandon helped me resolve my longstanding shoulder issue (partially torn rotator cuff + tendonosis), so I could get back to my passion of being a mediocre disc golfer. During the process there were several plateaus and setbacks, but we were able to push through thanks to his creativity and patience. As a bonus, Dr. Brandon is enjoyable to talk to and seems to genuinely care about my success. Would strongly recommend his services

I’m 42 years old and currently live in Florida. After injuring my right shoulder during yoga and not properly caring for it afterward, I developed tendinosis and possible tendinitis and bursitis in that shoulder. Additionally, I was dealing with arthritis and a small tear in my right patellar tendon. At first, I tried to ignore the pain and push through my workouts, but that only made things worse. It also interfered with my ability to enjoy activities I love like yoga and paddle boarding, and I eventually found myself being far less active than I wanted to be.
Around that time, my mom had started working for a doctor who practices regenerative medicine and often talked about the positive outcomes she was seeing with patients. That encouraged me to book an appointment, and I ultimately decided to try stem cell therapy. I received my injections in July 2025.
It wasn’t until I was checking out after my appointment that I was handed a recovery packet and told to give one of the sheets to my physical therapist, to which I inwardly replied, “My what?” I had no idea that physical therapy would be required afterward, as our consultation had focused entirely on the stem cell procedure itself, not the recovery process. When I reviewed the packet, I saw that the first few weeks emphasized rest, so I didn’t feel an immediate need to find a physical therapist. I even considered skipping physical therapy altogether, since I hadn’t budgeted for that additional expense.
However, after about a month, I felt ready to start moving more but was afraid to do so on my own. I began researching online and came across Stem Cell Recovery Experts on YouTube. I also looked into local physical therapy clinics but couldn’t find any that specialized in stem cell recovery. After an initial phone consultation with Stem Cell Recovery Experts, I decided to take the plunge and sign up for the three-month program.
To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about whether a virtual program would actually work. Ultimately, I moved forward for two main reasons: first, the virtual format was much more convenient with my work schedule, and second, I wanted to work with someone who specifically specialized in stem cell recovery.
I was paired with Dr. Branden, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about stem cells. What I appreciated most was how he met me exactly where I was and customized the program to my needs. He was always willing to modify exercises as needed and consistently explained the why behind each movement, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process.
During my initial assessment, Dr. Branden asked about my goals. I explained that I wanted to (1) regain independence with activities of daily living, as my shoulder pain had made tasks like washing my hair and brushing my teeth difficult, and (2) return to basic strength training, which I knew was important at my age. Throughout the program, he adapted exercises based on my ability and helped me gradually expand my comfort zone so I could begin moving safely again.
Dr. Branden and the entire Stem Cell Recovery team were also readily available to answer questions through the Skool app and email. Although I am only six months out from my injections and have completed my three-month program, I can confidently say that I am significantly improved compared to where I started (yes, I can wash my hair and brush my teeth again!). I no longer have to guess whether I’m doing exercises correctly, because every aspect of the program was tailored specifically to me.
To anyone feeling skeptical about taking the plunge, I completely understand — I was skeptical too. But I am so glad I trusted my gut and made this investment in my health. It is definitely a commitment -- you have to be willing to put in the work and do the exercises -- but it is worth it! Stem Cell Recovery Experts are the real deal and I cannot recommend them enough.

DJ has been an absolute game-changer for my back pain. From day one, he took the time to really understand what was going on—not just where it hurt, but why. He explains things clearly, listens closely, and tailors every session to what I actually need that day.
What really sets DJ apart is the combination of deep expertise and genuine care. He’s professional, encouraging, and knows exactly when to push and when to adjust. I’ve seen real, measurable improvement in my mobility and pain level, and I finally feel confident about getting back to normal activity.
If you’re dealing with back pain and want a physical therapist who truly knows his stuff and is invested in your recovery, DJ is the one. Couldn’t recommend him more.
