I can’t say enough good things about Clarus Medical Aesthetic in San Francisco! I went in for Botox, microneedling, and Trilift, and left feeling like a brand new person. The results were chef’s kiss—natural, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. Nurse Kelly is the absolute best. She’s warm, knowledgeable, and made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked in. She really listened to what I wanted and totally delivered. The Botox was perfectly subtle (no frozen face here), the microneedling gave my skin an amazing glow, and the Trilift? Game changer. My face looked lifted and more defined after just one session. The whole vibe at Clarus is calm, clean, and professional without being stuffy. It honestly felt more like a spa day than a medical appointment. I’ll definitely be coming back—and sending all my friends.

My girlfriend’s mom had mentioned wanting to prioritize her skin care without any injections that stay in our body forever and had asked me to gift her something of the sort. The procedure itself was quick and comfortable, with no downtime, and the clinic was clean and professional.
