didnt inform of a tiny grace period for appointments and were not helpful at all. Complete lack of care for circumstances - better to get care somewhere else where they would actually try to help. Terrible cold behavior from an urgent ortho care spot.

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease due to their friendly demeanor and the welcoming atmosphere of the office. Dr. Dickinson is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options. He answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, which made me feel confident in my care plan.
