I have been a member for about Month now!!! I truly appreciate & enjoy the experience from each member, support from the staff & the facility itself. A big important factor for me was cleanliness and timeliness for each modality. Additionally, all members are really nice. The current regimen that I am on is: Sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy. I’ve done contrast therapy (sauna, cold plunge) many times now and I really enjoy it! The red light bed is also relaxing and energizing at the same time. Ara and Gene are amazingly kind, helpful, and sweet. BMS is amazing!

My Sanctuary, My Success: Cracking the Code with BMS Wellness When I first walked through the doors of BMS Wellness a month ago for my trial, I was skeptical after an eternity of failed weight loss attempts. I am now incredibly glad I took that step. From day one, the experience has been transformative. The facility is truly on the cutting edge. They boast unbelievable technology, including two cold plunge tubs, a Finnish dry sauna, a red light bed and panels, and state-of-the-art massage chairs. I was also blown away by their peptide technology—you truly have to see it to believe it! Despite the number of guests, the staff (thank you, Ben and Zack!) keeps every machine and space impeccably clean and ready for the next session. Unbelievable Results and Dedication I am currently completing their most elite program, The Fountain of Youth, and the results have exceeded my wildest expectations: I've dropped 5% points of Body Fat. My BMI is over 2.5 points lower. I feel a heck of a lot more energetic. For the first time in my life, losing weight doesn't feel like a punishment—it feels like a natural part of my day. The Heart of BMS Wellness: The Team The secret ingredient here is the fantastic team. Ara and Gene, the owners, are a delight to work with. Ara is super involved, personally invested in every client’s goals, whether it’s losing fat, building muscle, or working on aesthetics like skin and hair. Gene has the kindest heart and keeps me motivated even on the toughest days. The staff, Ben and Zack, go above and beyond, helping me plan my daily sessions to ensure I maximize my time. They truly make me feel taken care of every step of the way. BMS Wellness has my whole heart. It is my sanctuary, my happy place, and a game-changer for my stress levels and energy. I will absolutely continue until I hit my ultimate goals, and likely stay on just to keep this incredible feeling going. I cannot thank Ara, Gene, and the team enough!
