Home-LA Psychiatry & Ketamine Therapy

I was a client of Dr. Laramie’s and Dr. Altobelli’s. My family spent roughly $20k out of pocket over 2.5 years in treatment with Home-LA. Their approach didn’t suit me. It’s Western psychotherapy with a little bit of everything from all of the different books from different spiritual traditions in the shelves on their walls. It isn’t a cohesive system, yet, and that failed me. If you are into the current wave of New Age thought and want something a little more grounded, this isn’t a bad place to try, for a little while. If it doesn’t work for you, I’d recommend moving on sooner rather than later. I ended up stopping treatment, getting off of my psychiatric meds, and finding Traditional Chinese Medicine and Internal Alchemy. I’m whole and integrated once again. It only took me about 2.5 months. If you’re like me and are dysregulated by the Los Angeles bits and pieces model and want a more cohesive complete spiritual and medical system with 3000+ years of evidence to back it up, I’d recommend Tao of Wellness next door. For a more logical thinker this has been the right move for me.

Dr. Altobelli, is a gifted psychiatrist and healer. Her integrative approach is unique and incredibly effective.
