I'm a chiropractor and I had an injury to my low back that was getting progressively worse. Conservative treatments were helping but it wasn't resolving the issue. Any worse and I would have had to get on disability. Because of Dr. Alderman my back is at least 90% better from what it was. I was able to go back to work with no problems. Dr. Alderman saved my life. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for her. I've seen 2 other PRP/stem cell Drs in the past but Dr. Alderman is the best. I have referred numerous patients to her and she is the only Dr that I trust to do these treatments on me. I would give her 10 stars if I could. For those who live in LA, we are lucky she is here. I would fly across the world to see her. Thank you Dr. Alderman for healing my back and giving my life back. I owe you everything.

I (Shelli) have been going to Dr Alderman for several years. Originally I had a shoulder injury at work (which they were going to deem me permanently disabled) and decided to try treatment with Dr Alderman as a last resort. Amazingly, I have 100% function of my shoulder from 2 treatments of PRP with full recovery. I got my life back and was able to continue working. I also had a hip injury from skiing and suffered with pain for several years before trying treatment again. I'm on the road to recovery with successful PRP treatments. Dr Alderman and staff are so kind, empathetic and treat their patients with the utmost respect. She gets to the root cause of the problem and doesn't just apply a bandaid for temporary fix. I am a Chiropractor and I have an excellent and highest recommendation both personally and professionally for Dr. Alderman and her team. I became a patient initially by a recommendation from another Chiropractor. He told me he had researched PRP Drs for over a year and Dr. Alderman was the only Dr. he would allow to work on his injured joints. I had a 90% tear in one shoulder rotator and 50% tear of the tendons in two other rotators in the same shoulder and was looking at extensive surgery. After treatment with Dr Alderman and a few months healing I was 95% pain free and waterskiing again! I then had her treat the other shoulder, (SLAP IV tear, that the orthopedic Drs wanted to surgically replace the whole shoulder and put the replacement in backwards!!), again, with complete success and no surgery. I have also had her successful treatment for a hip labrum tear and meniscus repair in my knee. All have avoided surgery, time loss, and extensive pain. Because of my personal success with Dr. Alderman I have professionally referred close to 100 of my patients to her over the last 5 years with a variety of spinal and joint injuries that did not respond to Chiropractic treatment. Only one of the 100 has had to go onto surgery and that patient probably didn't give Dr. Alderman enough time for proper healing. Dr. Alderman is THE BEST at conservative joint treatment and has been a Godsend to me and my patients. She is the most experienced and knowledgeable in her field. As an individual who has gone through an approximate 3 year span of time with tissues spontaneously tearing, Dr. Alderman has had the skills to keep me glued together so that I could maintain my career throughout that time. As a health care professional who must heavily rely on my own body to care for others, her services have been invaluable to me. My injuries could have been career ending if left to be managed in the mainstream medical pathway involving possible surgeries and potentially addictive pain medications that would only mask the problem. Health care services that are not covered by insurance do not necessarily mean that they are not effective. There is a common misconception about this that needs to be cleared up. Dr. Alderman does a great job providing educational materials to prospective patients to assist them in making an informed decision. If there's any question in your mind about looking into this mode of treatment for your specific needs, I suggest taking the initial step by simply reaching out and start asking questions! Dr. Alderman and her staff are genuinely caring people. Together they create an environment that is both welcoming and professional. I highly recommend her services to those who are searching for alternative options to manage their pain.

My experience with Dr. Donna Alderman began about two years ago, being referred to her by a friend. My problem was with constant pain in both shoulders. I was to a point where surgery was my next step (or so I thought). Dr. Alderman spent some time with me explaining the process and analyzing, starting with my right shoulder. After my first treatment, the chronic pain had decreased by, I would say 70%. I have had an additional four treatments, and I would say I'm at 100% functionality and am pain-free ! I am a Maintenance Department manager, having many years in the field as a technician. Some of the engineers I have worked with had shoulder problems, that ended-up in surgery. Many of these resulted in less mobility and still in pain. This motivated me to seek alternatives. Dr. Alderman is the answer for me and I'm positive, others ! Thank you Dr. Alderman. Bless you !!
