I have to say that I had an exceptional experience here, thanks to Lyndsay and the entire staff. Lyndsay is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of anti aging treatments and the therapies they offer. Her expertise is evident, and she takes the time to thoroughly explain each option in a way that is clear, informative, and easy to understand. She genuinely listens and helps guide you toward the treatment plan that best fits your individual needs and goals. Listen, as someone who is about to be 40 years old and very much in denial about it, I realized it was time to seriously step up my skincare game and I didn't know where to even begin, thank goodness for this place because I needed them in my life. Lyndsay makes the process feel empowering rather than overwhelming, and her guidance has been critical to helping age me in reverse haha. Dr. Ibrahim is equally impressive, professional, skilled, and clearly dedicated to delivering high quality care. He doesn't brush over your concerns and make you feel like just another body, he truly is an expert at his craft. Because of him, I can continue to tell everyone I'm in my early 30's. I've been trying to find out about their PDRN microneedling since February 6th (today is 20th). I sent an email and never got a response. I called twice during this time, and both times the receptionist did not have an answer as to what brand they use for PDRN or what microneedling device they use. Both times the receptionist promised to find out and call me back. The first time the receptionist said she could see my number and didn't need me to give it to her, the second time the receptionist actually asked for it. Hmmm. I don't know if this is just the receptionist or the entire company, but seems like new customers (or any customers?) are just not appreciated. I feel unwelcome and dismissed. Very unpleasant experience. I really considered getting this service here, but I'll have to find a different place to get it done - my skin needs it Yesterday.
