After years of going the normal medical route and begging for answers (and paying thousands to see said medical professionals), Susan Jones is the only person to thoroughly do blood work and get an answer for my 13 year old and 14 year olds! We would still be chasing our tails without her. I have appointments for all my kids now and my husband also sees her. She’s an absolute blessing!!

I met with Susan for an initial appointment on January 11, 2021. She seemed nice and knowledgeable. At that time, I had bloodwork done & was supposed to have a follow up appointment once results were received. However - two weeks later, at the time of my follow up appointment, her "so -called" office manager stated that she couldn't transfer me to Susan for my telemedicine appointment unless I pay my bill. My insurance hasn't processed my claim yet, and WellLife Studio hasn't sent me the bill in the mail, so I stated that I will pay my bill once I get the bill. As a former medical practice manager for many years, I can say that the WellLife Studio's "office manager" is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. That's not how you retain patients. Please do yourself a service, and DO NOT GO there.

I have been a patient at WellLife Studio for approximately 3 years now and hands down I prefer to come to this medical care facility than my PCP per my medical insurance company. Susan Jones, MSN, RN, FNP, APRN is knowledgeable, compassionate, precise, authentic, sensitive, educated, personable, thoughtful - loves God, her Country and the Military. All are welcome to visit her practice with a warm heart and open arms to listen to the challenges you are facing and help to treat the issues. Susan will touch your heart as you are not a number or cattle being pushed through the chute. The staff will engage you with a smile, proceed to take vitals etc. and then you will actually visit with Susan at a personal level where you are open to discuss "anything" that you may be faced with. I find this type of medicine allows you the patient to open up about sensitive private matters and receive the medical attention required. The resource of this facility is always expanding with up to date technology and meet the needs of the public/private patient. The office is newly remodeled, clean, open and spacious. Try something new...like a health care provider that actually cares about you the person...understands as she and her family are real people with real life issues also. Your only disappointment is not picking up the phone to schedule your first visit. >
