My training and experience with the organization has been superb. The model is so very powerful and has already helped me take clients out of very stuck places. Steps have been taken to learn from the mistakes of few months ago and they will grow stronger and better.

I’ve noticed that most of the negative reviews were posted during a period of commotion involving a participant who was denied access. Saj has since addressed the situation directly, offering a sincere apology and showing up with courage and vulnerability, without beating around the bush. In my view, the situation was somewhat blown out of proportion. What stood out to me was the willingness of both Saj and PSI to take responsibility, to reflect, and to grow from the experience. That, to me, is a true sign of integrity. It’s disheartening to see people (many of whom were likely not directly involved) still trying to tear down a person and an organization. I can’t help but feel that some of these reactions come more from wounded egos than genuine concern. And that’s a shame, because in doing so, they risk undermining work that has the potential to help thousands, even millions, of people. Isn’t that what we ultimately want? Healing, connection, growth - for ourselves and others? Saj and the work of PSI have had a truly life-saving impact on me. At a time when I felt lost, their approach gave me perspective, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose, personally, professionally, and spiritually. Their work helped me find my way back to myself, and for that I’ll be forever grateful. I genuinely hope that their message and mission continue to spread far and wide. Because what they offer has the power to transform lives—and ultimately, to contribute to a more conscious, compassionate world for all of us. Thank you, deeply, for the work you do.
