Amazing experience! We did the cryotherapy, oxygen treatment, and sauna, and everything was above and beyond what we expected. The staff were absolutely phenomenal—so kind, helpful, and genuinely sweet. You can tell they really care about what they do and about their clients. The facility is beautiful, very clean, and super professional. All the equipment is top-quality and clearly well maintained. We felt comfortable, supported, and in great hands the entire time. It was fun experience, and we felt so much better afterward—energized, refreshed, and relaxed. I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about trying cryo or oxygen therapy.

Greatest recovery spot in Colorado from cryo therapy to the infrared sauna to the float room to recovery boots/oxygen and the snacks. Zivel hits everything you need to feel like your best self. Highly recommend!

I started coming here last week because of an Instagram coupon & I am so grateful! I struggle with chronic pain & having the unlimited membership has allowed me to come as often as I need. After a week of enjoying the sauna, cryo chamber, oxygen & compression therapy, I am feeling my window of tolerance expand so much. I feel more relaxed, well-rested, and energized. A few weeks ago, I wouldn't have been able to handle the workload & output I've been doing this week. I finally have a safe, private environment to relax & soothe my chronic pain in a non-medicated way. I am already noticing a huge reduction in inflammation & migraines after visiting 5 out of 7 days in the last week. I also tried the CryoSoothe with Kim for my neck & shoulder pain and I left feeling a massive reduction in pain and a huge improvement in mobility. Justin & his team are caring & compassionate. Everything is always prepared when I come in for my appointments, even when I'm a bit early. I am looking forward to many more sessions here & I highly recommend jumping on the unlimited membership offer while its available!! Its affordable & the best investment you could make for your self-care! P.S. The sauna is full spectrum, so it does change color & utilizing the other light options has helped me tremendously!! I know red light can feel very intense at times, so being able to adjust the intensity, brightness, and color is very helpful. The sauna is basically customizable, and that is something I haven't seen at other places.
