The care and support we’ve received has been life changing for my family. I sought care for my pre-teen son who was told he had hypothyroidism and we resolved his situation in less than 6 months! Now he’s healthier than he’s ever been, and we’re learning together as a family how to stay healthy. Amy and Dr. Ben have been there for us every step of the way and their patience and encouragement for us has been invaluable. I cannot recommend this team enough! Every person can benefit from their program and advice. Well worth the money!

I’m so Thankful for Dr Ben and Kristen I’am really glad I joined F-8 I was feeling real bad and had no energy had lesions all over the inside of my mouth. Been to my family Dr many times and nothing was helping all my blood work was high and low and I asked them what it meant they said it was fine. It wasn't…. Have been on this journey for 3 months now have improved in a-lot in numbers. But the important thing is I feel so much better. I sleep now (8-10hrs)which I didn’t do before maybe 2-3 hrs a night. I could not eat a lot of vegetables because the seeds I eat all vegetables now. I wake up feeling awake and ready for the day. And have energy like I use to have a few years ago. I'm so thankful I have my health back on track and can live life again! So thankful for this program.

I am nearing the conclusion of my initial health journey with F8 Well Centers. Dr Ben and Shonna have been amazing! They have both been so informative, supportive and patient with me over the last 5 months. I have learned so much from them and now have more energy, less brain fog and over all feel inspired to keep going on this journey living a healthier lifestyle for a healthier me! I am also checking into options to continue my health journey with F8 Well Centers after my current plan ends. I have come along way and can’t wait to see more positive results in the future.

Would not recommend this place. I was told to eat a whole bunch of food before getting my blood work (red flag). I am 34 healthy female and was told I was diabetic (numbers were not even at the Diabetic level), high inflammation everywhere, fatty liver disease leaky gut and had lupus. Was even told "your not going to die tomorrow but may want to look into a life insurance policy with in the next couple months"! I was told I was pretty much going to die if I didn't do their program for $7000 of just supplements and a nutritionist telling you what to eat. I left their in a panic, fearing for my life and covered in hives from anxiety .. The purposefully make you eat so your blood work looks elevated so it makes it look like you have problems. I got my blood rechecked from a different doctor and got more extensive blood work done and I do not have lupus or any of the things that he told me I had. Would not recommend at all.

My experience with F8 Well Center in Fort Collins, CO has been excellent given my own barriers as a paraplegic. The nutritionist Shonna K. was superb in her knowledge. The near elimination of many pro-inflammatory foods has improved my neuropathic pain by about 70%. I still have flares, but I can usually point to foods that I have eaten as the source. My labs also improved significantly. These are a measure of inflammation. I am a physician myself, so seeing these labs change has great meaning. Dr. Ben is great and motivating. This is a team that wants you to succeed. Now we need Health Insurance Companies to get onboard and start covering Functional Medicine so that all people can participate in what I believe to be the most powerful tool to not only prevent but to reverse or significantly control certain medical problems. It is not the cure-all until we get our food sources to be truly organic through self-gardening or locally grown foods... not corporate food sourcing.
