Charged $800 in recurring fees after cancelling. They would not provide a refund voluntarily, so I had to submit disputes with my credit card company. Lame. DO NOT, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO ;)

Once upon a time, this sauna was my absolute favorite spot! It's right by the Mt. Vernon Sq metro and they're really flexible with rescheduling. But, gotta be honest, the saunas smell like they've seen better days, the towels are so rough and worn out they're practically unraveling, and sometimes the staff just magically disappear mid-session. Pro tip: make sure you know how to lock up after yourself! 💔
