It only took one 60 minute MFR session with Liz to alleviate most of my pain from Lyme disease and mold toxicity! She was able to release the tension in my shoulders, back and neck. My body is more aligned, my headaches have improved significantly, and I can fall asleep easier. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has also been a game changer during my healing process. During a 10 month period of misdiagnosis and mistreatment for Lyme and mold, HBOT was my saving grace!
