Lauren is a life saver! My post concussive, Lyme disease and mold toxicity symptoms have all improved after just a few sessions. I also did a round of treatment (10 sessions) years ago that got me completely off of depression and anxiety meds. Brain training/neurofeedback has helped me get my personality, vision, mental capabilities, and energy back! My headaches are also significantly reduced and I have more brain capacity to do my school work. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and walks you through how disconnects and inflammation in the brain can cause certain physical and mental symptoms. She even recommends the best daily practices to support your brain and body. I wouldn’t be where I am today in my healing journey without her!
