Complete waste of my time. I dodged a bullet and saved myself a couple hundred dollars, at least. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone to begin with. All communication, if you do get ahold of someone, is with a call center that sounds like it is somewhere in South Asia. They're difficult to understand and they give incorrect answers when you ask questions. I'm fairly sure during one phone call I was speaking to an AI bot. Today I finally had my appointment and walked in to the most unprofessional, unpleasant receptionist I've had the pleasure of meeting. I stood for a solid two minutes in front of her window because the check machine was out of service, while she fiddled on her computer and talked to herself. She had a Bluetooth device in her ear, so I assumed she was on a call and I waited my turn. The office was dead, and she didn't address me until another staff member came up behind her and said "That's my patient!" Then, without looking at me, she said "Name?" I gave her my name. She fiddled with the computer. She would look up at me, back to her computer. Mumble to herself--still unsure if she had someone in the Bluetooth or not. Eventually she said a price, $137 and some change without looking at me. That didn't sound like any office copay I'd ever paid so I assumed it must be whoever she was on the phone with. She repeats, $137.XX. on her computer. No pay pad or anything. THEN she make eye contact with me and says "YOU, 137.67." Among trying to understand where the $137 price tag came from, she had an awful attitude. I left without attending the appointment. And as I closed the door I could hear her saying "And THAT'S another patient..." and I couldn't hear any more. Ridiculous, unprofessional experience. Too bad it seems to be the only option nearby.

I am thoroughly disappointed in this practice. I left them about a year or so ago because it was impossible to get ahold of people, from the doctor to the individuals working the phone. I was dissapointed in the quality of services as well-the very first practitioner telling me if I had narcolepsy then there wouldn’t be much they could do for me, to the next doctor being impossible to get ahold of for refills resulting in me going without needed meds. I switched to CNMRI and unfortunately the practice recently closed and my doctor transferred to….. The Delaware sleep disorder center. So now I’ve called and left voicemails to schedule with my doctor and it’s sad I’m running into the same issues. I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone, even after leaving a message. I texted the number on the website and that’s the only way I’ve been able to get ahold of someone. Very disappointed.

My Dr. was lovely but their practice process is absolutely chaotic. Getting me started on consult & then equipment was so smooth; after that it is literally impossible to get any call back or a follow up or to even reach the office because it will direct you to their call center which is not in the US - gives you hope by adding you to a text messaging service but never actually call you back. I also had some back & forth on giving my card to get an autopayment started but was getting different answers (I went in the office at one point and if I try to even explain my grievances on issues with getting in touch for visits or autopayment, i’m met with an attitude and told it was never setup and that they did set me up but when I talk to another person in line from their call center to make that payment in office, they did NOT have it setup). I tried to get a payment started last year and in the middle of the morning I get a call saying the payment needs to start today so I stop what i’m doing in a busy middle of the morning in my work office THEN lo and behold, the person on the line gets disconnected then later leaves me a message saying there’s a problem with their phones and will try again later. I do not hear back from them for a long time since I had other health visits to take care of, now they are trying to charge me for something half-assed done. Mind you, I never got to go over my results from the first 3 months of study. It’s so easy to bill me but nobody is actually reachable for anything else. Though their text reminder to remind me of my payment is so consistent. I’m mostly on top of a lot of my appointments, I never had issues with other practices like this — this practice made me give up on ever doing a sleep study through them ever again.. I no longer have the energy nor hope to talk to anyone there after all of this.. I am still having sleep issues. It is so infuriating!!!
