Pain and Sleep Therapy Center

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Care, Compassion, and Service I had an amazing experience with the Pain and Sleep Center in Newark, Delaware. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care possible. I went in for sleep issues and nighttime teeth grinding, and my care team — Amy and Kayla, FNP-C — were wonderful. Kayla took the time to really understand my symptoms and worked with me to create the best treatment plan and select the right sleep appliance for my specific needs. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt heard and supported. I also want to give special thanks to the front desk team and especially Dana, who went far above and beyond. I live outside the country and had a tight timeline because a friend was bringing my appliance down to me. Dana coordinated everything — communicating back and forth with the company and making sure everything was processed quickly so I could receive it in time. That level of dedication and care was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated. Everyone at this office is kind, patient, and incredibly supportive. They genuinely care about their patients and will do everything they can to make sure you receive excellent care and service. I highly recommend the Pain and Sleep Center — an outstanding team that truly puts patients first.

Went to PSTC for a dislocated, deteriorating jaw. The personnel went above and beyond with their communication and care. It's not inexpensive but worth every penny. I learned a great deal about my own body and things that are out there medically to help people. I have a special mouth guard that keeps me pain free, aligned, and So comfortable I can't sleep without it. The entire experience was pain free and pleasant. PD

I felt in the begining they had my best interest on having a postive treatment plan and outcome. I went for my first appointment and was advised that I had some airway obstructions and needed to get a customized appliance and breathing exrecises, that very same say I spent roughly 8k. The follow up's and treatments stopped to say the least, I contacted them and spoke to Dana telling her I felt that I was taking advantage and that they were mostly into the revenue I generated for them. If I had not reached out to them I may have never heard back from them. Please be aware of any business thst asks for full payment in advance of providing the treatment. I will be disputing these charges thru my credit card company. The worse part is that never offered anything to me except to continue my treatments, which I am not going to do because they losy my trust. Potential patients please advocate fir yourselves, buyer beware.
