Kelly is phenomenal. She listens to understand. She is thorough. She doesn’t have one approach for all patients but rather an individualized and collaborative approach to each persons needs. Kelly is kind, supportive, caring, and goes above and beyond, in my experience. She is not my first provider and I have had several consults from various providers for HRT to find the right one, and she has made me most comfortable, she has been most knowledgeable, she took the things I described and articulated back to me in a way that made sense. She provides education when I’m curious. I highly recommend working with her. Not all providers have empathy, care, and understanding. As someone who has struggled for more than year (even longer really) she has been a breath of fresh air and has not made me feel judged, only seen. I could not be more happy I chose her to continue this challenging journey with.
