In December 2024, Dr Karli performed stem cell therapy on my L4, L5 and S1 joints. I was in massive pain, and over the course of a few months, the pain reduced and my mobility increased. Fast forward almost a year later, i am as active as i ever was. Dr. Karli's team was super organized, responsive and overachieved on my end result.. no pain and active.

I flew from Hawaii to Miami to have stem cell treatments in both knees. Dr. Karli came highly recommended by a trusted source. I am a 64 year old active female and decided to make the trip to have the procedures done with the goal of prolonging my knee joint life and delaying knee replacement. From my initial contact through the procedure, the communication, coordination and professionalism of the Karli Center Team was top notch. Dr. Karli conferred with me in advance to explain the process and what to expect. The results have exceeded my expectations. My knee pain is virtually gone and I am back to my active lifestyle playing pickleball, biking, golfing and hiking. Very grateful for Dr. Karli and his team and I highly recommend them!
