The doctor is great, MOST of the staff are friendly but, the office manager is terrible. I called to check on where my hormones were in shipping, again. As I had run out for the last three months before I received my next shipment. She insisted on being allowed to speak uninterrupted but refused to give me the same courtesy. I was told maybe I just don't care enough about my health because I should be willing to do whatever it takes to be healthy. I do. I called. Every month. The online patient portal NEVER worked for me, ever. Not once. They would say they were aware of the problem but never addressed it or attempted to fix it. The whole premise of online ease was something I never experienced. I was trying to express how frustrating it is to be promised one thing while receiving something different but I was dismissed as someone who just doesn't care about her health. She eventually hung up on me, super professional. The hormones I did receive were also sub par and after researching the compounding pharmacy they use ALL THE WAY IN PENNSYLVANIA, it checks out that they would be inconsistent because their reviews are not promising. I am switching providers so I do not have huge gaps in my treatment. Just putting this out there as food for thought. You might have a different experience, but this was mine.

Before I found Hormonify I'd been dealing with messed-up hormones for over nine years—since my mid-20s—and nobody would really touch it because of my SLE. Most doctors either said no way or shoved synthetic stuff at me. I actually tried the synthetics and holy crap, the side effects were brutal. They made everything way worse instead of better. I was so miserable, and I'd ballooned up to 150 lbs out of nowhere (I used to never go over 127!). It was happening so fast it scared me. Low T was killing me too.
Since I started the bioidentical hormones with Hormonify though? Night and day. Hot flashes? Completely gone. Libido came roaring back. I'm finally dropping weight again, my hair isn't coming out in giant clumps anymore, and I'm actually back in the gym every day feeling like myself.
I’ve done both routes now—synthetic and bioidentical—and I’m telling you, I wouldn’t wish synthetic hormones on my worst enemy. Seriously, don’t do it.
Hormonify, thank you so much. We desperately need more doctors out there willing to do this the right way for women like me. You guys changed my life. ❤️

After years of struggling with perimenopause symptoms, I felt completely dismissed by multiple doctors in California. Every appointment left me feeling unheard — my concerns were brushed off, labs were barely reviewed, and I was told my symptoms were “normal for my age.”
Finding Dr Eckert at Hormonify was life-changing. From the very first visit, I felt validated. He listened without rushing, asked thorough questions, and actually connected the dots between my symptoms, lab results, and overall health. He explained everything in plain language, created a customized plan for me, and has been proactive in adjusting treatment based on how I feel — not just a number on a lab sheet.
For the first time in years, I’m seeing improvements in my energy, mood, sleep, and overall quality of life. I’m deeply grateful to have found a doctor who truly understands hormone balance, perimenopause, and thyroid health, and who treats her patients with compassion and respect.
If you’ve been dismissed or told “everything looks fine” when you know something is wrong, I can’t recommend Dr. Eckert enough. He’s the doctor I wish I had found years ago.

If you want to lose your health, time, and money, this is the place for you
Response to Hormonify’s reply:
This issue has nothing to do with insurance or cost. My concern is with the treatment itself. The doctor prescribed compounded “bioidentical” hormone troches based on lab results. The outcome was minimal benefit (slightly improved sleep) but severe side effects, including extreme panic attacks, depression (which I had never experienced before), and an inability to work.
Hormonify’s reply deflects from this reality. Patients should know that these compounded hormone therapies are not FDA-approved and, in my opinion, present significant risks. To each their own, but this is a warning: anyone considering treatment here should be aware of the potential for serious side effects.

I would like anyone who is not in network with this company to be aware of their concierge plan. I canceled after receiving my first set of trokees which i did not use and was told there would be no refund of my $600+. When they say no refund that's what they mean. There is no mercy.
