Preferred Physical Therapy

Preferred Physical Therapy is definitely above all the others! I have been to another Physical Therapy facility and it was a total waste and did not help me at all. Leslie and Tammy were my physical therapists and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, compassionate and patient they were. I feel like a new person and what's even better is if I need them again they are there for me!

From the moment I walked in the door the red flags were evident, The waiting room was standing room only. The vibe was factory like. Noisy, stuffy and very unprofessional in terms of body language, clock watching and eye contact. Red flag. I had waited a month for appointment with Trevor. He differed in my diagnosis from my vng. Red flag. He preformed a procedure that I had a serious reaction to. Close to emergency room situation.red flag. I was told by Trevor he would call me to follow up. 8 days later. Nothing.red flag I called the office to be repeatedly told how busy they were. No patient likes to hear how unimportant they are. Red flag After being rudely told I misunderstood Trevor’s instructions. Red flag.His next available appointment was 3 weeks away. Red flag. I was now in tears and still,sick from procedure . But….i was told with a big sigh and a put out attitude I could have emergency 15 minute apointment with Chris. I declined . I never heard from them again. I have found another vestibular therapist who, is professional, humble in their knowledge and takes the time to treat her patients with respect and dignity. Please beware the road to wellness should not look like this chaotic machine.

First class service and organization. Trevor Meyerowitz is clearly an accomplished expert in his professional craft. He specializes, amongst other skills, in Vestibular weakness and dizziness. He gets to the source of the problem quickly with rapid wellness solutions. I would personally highly recommend him and PPT. Thank you. Steve Little.
