I will discourage anyone to go there. They had a special for microdermabrasion for $59.99 . After making an appointment I waited more than 30 mins till they got me to see the consultant. Anastasia. She told me I had to do a treatment for cyroskin and other things - that microdermabrasion was not for me. I was fast talked for 45 mins. Then I got the treatment. Waited more time to pay - which was another opp to put pressure on me to do many sessions costing thousands. As I could not process her forceful pressuring. I said yes. Was billed for almost $300 for a visit she was trying to make me take . I asked for a refund, she tried to say it was not possible. They charged and extra $6 not sure it that was a tax. she was rude, and said it was I who was not listening. No respect for peoples’ time and nor do they listen to you.

If I could rate a zero; I would!! I set up an appointment on a Wednesday for Friday morning. Upon arrival, the receptionist said “let me call my boss and let her know you’re here.” She then led me to a room and gave me paperwork to fill out. After waiting for 20 minutes; I asked if the “boss” was even on premises. The reply was NO. She called to see how much longer and I was told she has a family emergency. Why wasn’t I told this the first time she called and before I waited a total of 25 minutes??
