FIND SOME OTHER PROVIDER FOR NEUROFEEDBACK OTHER THAN KELLY VILLEGAS! TO ALL THE PARENTS: WHEN A PROVIDER IS TRANSPARENT AND KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY WILL ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS. Kelly Villegas is a poor communicator and ignores clients questions about Neurofeedback treatments that were done for our kids in 2022. We asked three simple questions about the treatment she had provided by her on Dec 8 2025: 1. Neurofeedback protocol that was used to treat our kids 2. EEG points that were used 3. Equipment used to treat our kids, did it use one channel or two channels? If two channels, what were the EEG points that was used 4. Reports: Beemedic neurofeecback software generates report after each neurofeedback session and we would like to obtain copies of these reports for which we had paid for them. Her response was: "Hello Mr. King! I apologize for not getting back to you. I have been busy moving my office. Please have your neurofeedback provider reach out to me. Thanks and happy holidays!" Our response to her was: "We are the provider and experts in neurofeedback and biofeedback. That's why we want to know what you did and the reports to analyze the brain activity in 2022" We have contacted her multiple times after the last email and she's ignoring our requests. To providers response: 1. We the parents paid for the Neurofeedback 2. Parents have the right to know what was done with our kids 3. Neurofeedback is NOT a licensed health profession in Florida 4. Why is the provider being so elusive? We are knowledgeable with Neurofeedback after taking all the necessary trainings and and just want to know what she did with our kids regarding neurofeedback therapy.

Neurofeedback with Kelly is a wonderful experience. From the first appointment she made sure I was comfortable and explained how everything works. I saw great improvement in many areas and found neurofeedback to be a very supportive tool to my overall healing goals. I most appreciate Kelly’s genuine care and patience. I would recommend Focus NeuroRehab to anyone interested in exploring neurofeedback. Kelley is extremely knowledgeable, caring and communicative. We are so happy we found Focus -- we take our son there and Kelley works on improving his seizures and language capabilities.
