It's hard to put all the amazing things about this office without putting personal info - but this is truly an amazing place. The care here is genuine, very thorough, highly-qualified and well-intentioned. Very good experience from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave.

I've been coming here for 6 months, and I must say Karen is an amazing counselor and I'm fortunate to have found this place. The receptionist Eileen is very helpful and kind and responds to emails quickly. I was having a very difficult time finding a place that took my insurance, I even had other places tell me they could not tell me how much my deductible was, until I actually went to the first appointment. New Objectives made starting process easy and kept me informed at all times. Highly Recommend this place!

The low reviews must not have been for Dr. Thetford or her current receptionist. Her receptionist is a sweet as can be, is thorough, and helpful with scheduling. Dr. Thetford is wonderful, warm, skilled, engaging, and takes an active and caring approach to helping you. She has been doing this for quite a while - I recommend highly.
