I recently visited this clinic for preventative menopause hormone testing. Since it was my first time having my hormones checked, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment I received my lab order to the day of my appointment, the front desk staff was incredibly communicative and helpful. Taking proactive steps with my health is very important to me, and I truly appreciated feeling heard and supported throughout the entire process. The team made everything feel simple and stress-free. The clinic itself was organized, calm, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Kriselle was especially kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain what the tests were for, why they matter in preventative menopause care, and what the next steps might look like for me. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. I’m very grateful for the compassionate, thoughtful care I received and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking to be proactive about their hormonal health.
