More T Clinics

Not a professional place at all !!!! I was a loyal patient here for over 8 years and spent thousands of dollars, not only on my own treatments but also by referring friends and family. Unfortunately, my recent experience showed me how little they care about loyalty or professionalism—money is clearly their only priority. Two weeks ago, before leaving for vacation, I called to request a refill for my testosterone. Instead of helping, I was put on hold and then told “no” because they required new labs. After so many years as a healthy, consistent patient with no prior issues, this was extremely frustrating. Today, when I called back to schedule those labs, I was shocked to be yelled at over the phone by Kathy, an employee who has been there for years and knows me well. She told me—in a very rude and arrogant manner—that they “no longer wanted my business” simply because, during my last call, I had expressed frustration by saying “thanks for nothing.” That was enough for her to deny me service entirely. This is completely unprofessional behavior. Instead of caring for a long-time client, they chose to act entitled and dismissive. Kathy took it upon herself to “play boss” and decided I was no longer welcome—after nearly a decade of loyal business. It’s clear the priority here isn’t patient care but billing for labs and services. On top of that, the clinic often doesn’t answer the phone on Fridays, and they close whenever convenient, leaving patients stranded until Monday. Thankfully, I’ve already found several other nearby TRT clinics who will gladly take my business—and given how expensive hormone therapy and labs are, I know they’ll appreciate a loyal customer. I truly hope the owners take a hard look at what’s happening in their office. Employees like this are exactly why small businesses lose clients and eventually fail. For me, this was the last straw, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for

This place is amazing. And they take care of so many different issues/injuries here. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and knowledge. This was a tried learning experience I learned more in one visit here than from the years spent going to doctor's offices. They were able to answer every question and then some. From hormones to PRP to stem cells. I'm simply amazed!

They were very nice for the short time I was there. My wife and doctor both wanted me to go to a urologist for treatment since I have some other urological issues anyway. I very much liked Sara, Kathy, and the nurses. I felt bad canceling.
