I had the best post op care after having lipo. Maria and Karen took such great care of me. They made me feel so comfortable after my procedure. Maria had everything set up in my hotel room for when I arrived after the surgery which made the whole aftermath so much easier and less stressful for me. They were both so positive and patient, which is what I needed at such a vulnerable time. Thanks so much ladies and A1 body concierge!!

They are truly the best. From my initial contact, Nat and Kat were excellent at communicating and providing helpful resources so I felt fully prepared when I arrived in Miami for my pre-op appointment. Melanie was my nurse and began my care the day before surgery—she reached out, checked in consistently, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Overall, the communication was seamless. I left at 6:00 a.m. for surgery, and the transportation team was wonderful. When I was dropped off, Melanie already had everything set up in my room and ready for me. I genuinely felt that the care I received was personalized and thoughtfully tailored to meet me where I was—both physically and emotionally. There is so much information coming at you during this process, especially as a first-timer, and it can feel overwhelming. However, their experience and guidance made the first three days incredibly smooth. I also opted for the IV therapy, and I truly believe it helped me start my recovery on the right foot. After their in-person care concluded, the medication schedule was easy to follow thanks to the thorough instructions they provided. Karen was my nurse on the third day and was equally exceptional. Both Melanie and Karen went above and beyond, showing genuine compassion during such a vulnerable time. They ensured I had meals, helped me walk as needed, kept my medications on schedule, and even assisted with showering starting on day one post-op. All in all, it was an amazing experience—100/10. I highly recommend their services, whether you’re local or traveling from across the country like I did!! 🫶🏽

Led by Arlene, a punctual and professional care team delivers support precisely when you need it most after a challenging surgery. Each member is knowledgeable and prepared, making your recovery as smooth as possible. I chose the luxe package, and it exceeded my expectations! I even found myself missing the nurses on my last day. This is my first review, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them—you won't regret your choice.
