Thank you for the IV Drip session today. I wasn't feeling so well and I'm already starting to feel better. Your staff is professional and thoughtful. They demonstrate knowledge in what they do. Your nurse on staff was able to easily and quickly get the IV needle in. They offered me filtered water, a cozy and warm place to sit in private silence. They checked up on me. The bathroom was clean and had some really nice soap and lotion. AND I got a first time visitor discount, which I very much appreciated. I will certainly be back.

I really wanted to have a good experience here since this location was recommended to me and I live right around the corner. Booking the initial appointment was easy, and the young lady I spoke with on the phone was great and very helpful which is the main reason I am not giving one star. However, I booked an appointment in November for 9:45 AM and received a text 30 minutes before letting me know the appointment was canceled. While I understand that things happen, I never received a follow up call or any outreach to reschedule, which I found disappointing. After reconsidering, I decided to give it another try. I reached out again on December 11, provided my information, and was asked for my availability. It has now been over two weeks and I have yet to receive a call or text to book the appointment. I gave this location two opportunities and unfortunately nothing came of it. I don’t appreciate the lack of follow up, even as a courtesy. I understand things happen, but communication matters. I will be going elsewhere.

Took a quick trip here from out of state and stopped by Biostation for a couple of treatments. The ladies that work here are 10/10 and so incredibly lovely. If I lived closer I’d come all the time. Thanks for the amazing services today! Hope to come back again in the future!
