BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !! I should've listened to the reviews this place is a nightmare. Despite all the negative feedback, I decided to go because I was in pain and they claimed they could see me. I booked an appointment 5 days in advance for a spinal injection, and they told me I'd be able to get it done the same day. To make matters worse, they don't accept my insurance, so I agreed to pay out of pocket. Over the phone, the receptionist quoted me $250 for the first consultation, with additional charges for any procedures. When I arrived, the receptionist told me the consultation was actually $175, which seemed fine. But then, out of nowhere, someone from the back interrupted and said, "No, the first consultation is $300." I pointed out the $250 price I was quoted, and she begrudgingly said she'd honor that price. After this confusing exchange, they made me wait 45 minutes in a room. Eventually, I decided to leave, but then I saw someone in the hallway on a computer. I asked if he was the one going to see me, and he said he was reviewing my file and would be with me shortly. When he finally came in, he introduced himself as the PA. I asked how long before I’d see the doctor, and he casually told me the doctor was doing a procedure and I wouldn’t be seeing him at all. This is exactly what I had read in the reviews, so I walked out. I'm not paying $250 or $300 to get advice from a PA. This place is disorganized and unprofessional from the moment you step through the door. Do yourself a favor and believe the bad reviews. I ignored them, and now I'm still in pain with no resolution.

The worst customer service I have received in medical office. After waiting for over 1 hour Dr. DeMeo barely looked at me, and prescribed meds and MRI. I scheduled MRI just to learn his office didn't provide required authorization. After several days of being put oh hold and hearing all kinds of excuses ( moving, no fax available) I received letter from my insurance , that due to fact that no information was received from Dr. office the procedure was denied. Called again , and been given another list of excuses, and in the mean time I am still in pain, not resolution was received from Dr. De Meo office. Complete waste if my time. Their disregard for their patients and their well being is astonishing.
