I have been to the Tringali Institute 2x in the past 2 months to receive both stem cell IV's and Exosomes amongst other treatments I have an immediate positive reaction from sleeping better to more mentally alert and best of all...major reduction in inflammation I can't wait to further my treatments as they offer a wide variety.
