Getting started with HRT and medical weight loss at ChoiceOne was incredibly easy and seamless. I did my lab work right at the clinic through LabCorp, and just three days later, my results were ready. From there, everything moved quickly — I had an in-person consultation with their hormone specialist and medical weight loss provider, completed my intake and consent forms, and then had a telemedicine visit to review my labs. That same day, they created a personalized treatment plan just for me. Once I approved it, I paid for my medications, and both my HRT and weight loss meds were delivered right to my doorstep. What I love most is how they continue monitoring my bloodwork every quarter through LabCorp and adjust my treatment as needed to make sure I’m getting the best possible results. It’s truly concierge care — easy, supportive, and effective . I've been working with Catherine for the last 2-3 months now and I have been taking the tirzepatide shot and have lost 25 pounds!! Working with Choice One has been amazing someone who has been plus size almost there whole life and being introduced to this medication has been a life changer. Working with Catherine and her team of doctors have been such a good experience. They are available 24/7 for anything you need.
