I can't say enough positive things about my experience with all of the providers at The Renewal Point. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen, heard, and truly cared for—not just as a patient, but as a whole person. The level of attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and genuine compassion was unlike anything I’ve experienced in traditional healthcare. What really sets them apart is their integrative approach. We talked not just about symptoms, but about lifestyle, mindset, stress, and long-term wellness goals. I left my first visit feeling not only supported, but empowered with a plan that actually made sense for me. The entire team was welcoming and professional, and the environment felt calm, warm, and healing. I’m incredibly grateful to have found this practice—it’s the kind of care everyone deserves. I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1, because I won't get all the information I would like to from this clinic, and Dr Watts. He seemed genuinely concerned at my first appointment, we discussed current and previous issues that I face, as well as the large costs that it takes to gain information from multiple lab tests. He verbally understood by saying you can do what you can do and we'd work with it the best we can. I am a veteran with coverage only through the VA system. That means any and all of the additional testing requested comes out of my own pocket. As I'm sure we can all agree finances have been tough for a few years, maybe longer. Having Kim REPEATEDLY tell me that the insufficient information will alter the course of treatment, well yes, I am fairly competent so I think I know that. Venturing into feeling guilty about it and feel the need to defend myself is not what I would ask of the supporting staff of my doctor. I have worked for a medical office before, and I am well aware a stern hand is needed at times to protect the physician from wasted and loss of time and resources. But Kim and I, we just won't work. I don't need to hear again that I may be missing valuable information in regards to my treatment. Duh. I got that, I am already remorseful over not being able to have that additional info, but I'm doing the best I can. This won't be the first time I end a medical office phone call with tears, and unfortunately I'm sure it won't be the last, as this is getting more and more common. At some point maybe ask yourself, why is this person reacting this way? And examine how you're coming across to your patient.

Dr. Watts was referred to me and I’m thrilled to be a patient of his. This past year he has stabilized my hormones and my energy levels have increased significantly. He is at the top of his field because he treats his patients holistically and he truly cares about every single one. My health has significantly improved and it’s because I have the best functional and integrative doctor around. Additionally his entire team is incredible starting with my favorite two ladies who greet you when you walk in their office. Warm, engaging, and incredibly responsive they elevate your experience at The Renewal Point. I can’t say enough about this amazing group of health and wellness professionals and I continue to highly recommend them to any and everyone looking to lead a balanced, healthy life!
