After visiting the office I had to waited over a month to hear from them again. No Monday or Friday appointments. I had a phone call to discuss my results. Should've received an additional call as to how the issue would be treated never happen. Called to remind them i was wating on a treatment plan, I was promised a return call in the afternoon, never happen. Today I called the office manager hasn't made any notes on my case or even looked into the issue. The VA has to make better selections as to where they send Veterans. Clearly this isn't a Doctor our Veterans should be dealing with.

My foot was pain and needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. When I went in the staff was wearing masks and taking all necessary safety precautions. I felt very safe. I’m constantly on my feet and was having a lot of pain in my foot. It turns out I had tendinitis and received a treatment plan. I purchased insoles for support because my feet are flat. Since following the treatment plan for my foot, I’m already having less pain and it seems to be getting better. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

I did not see the doctor himself. However, I scheduled an appointment online. They called the next day to change the appointment time and verify my insurance. I was told this network was accepted only to get to the appointment and be told that it was not. this doctor was listed as in network with my insurance and verified with my insurance that it is the providers responsibility to update on their end if they no longer take the insurance. It’s not acceptable to waste a patients time when I could have been searching for other providers.
