We just had such a great experience for our first visit to Flex Health! We were in and out in less than thirty minutes and Dr. Beau was so thorough in his explanations and made this emergency visit so calm. I am grateful for this experience and will def be back!

I came in for a tattoo removal consultation. Unfortunately, my first interaction didn’t get off to a great start. The staff member who brought me back to the consult room did not greet me and immediately said, “Alright, where are all these tattoos?” The tone felt abrupt and unprofessional. Tattoo removal is already a vulnerable process for me, and that interaction made me feel even more self-conscious. That said, the rest of the office staff were professional and kind. The provider was transparent about pricing and realistic about what I can expect results-wise, which I appreciated. Had my initial experience felt more supportive and welcoming, I likely would have considered moving forward with this clinic.

I cannot recommend Flex Health enough! Dr. Gedrick, Lisa, and the rest of the team have set a new standard for healthcare with their hospitality and kindness. Their next-level and innovative approach to healthcare is exactly what this area has been desperately needing. In the past, I've struggled with doctors who don't really listen and only treat the symptoms, not the underlying problems. Flex Health is different. They take the time to understand and address the root causes, making a real difference in our health and well-being. Every detail at Flex Health is meticulously thought out, from the crisp, clean, inviting decor to the monthly membership plans they offer. Flex Health is a step towards the future of healthcare.
