Flex Health

We just had such a great experience for our first visit to Flex Health! We were in and out in less than thirty minutes and Dr. Beau was so thorough in his explanations and made this emergency visit so calm. I am grateful for this experience and will def be back!

I came in for a tattoo removal consultation. Unfortunately, my first interaction didn’t get off to a great start. The staff member who brought me back to the consult room did not greet me and immediately said, “Alright, where are all these tattoos?” The tone felt abrupt and unprofessional. Tattoo removal is already a vulnerable process for me, and that interaction made me feel even more self-conscious. That said, the rest of the office staff were professional and kind. The provider was transparent about pricing and realistic about what I can expect results-wise, which I appreciated. Had my initial experience felt more supportive and welcoming, I likely would have considered moving forward with this clinic.
