I have had a great experience with this practice, the doctors and staff were great until the other day and the bomb dropped. I am on Medicare and I live off limited funds, and each time I visit I pay my deductible, because have a large sign by the check-in secretary stating payment must be made to be made in order to be seen. Then a bill came in the mail, that stated I owed them money. I called Medicare and asked why the bill was not paid, and they stated they stated my coverage didn't allowed those services. So when I called the Billing department of PAIN SOLUTIONS, about these charges and also why are they performing services that wasn't covered by Medicare , The operators only response was it was standard procedure to bill Medicare patients in this fashion and she did not have to explain this over the phone about my bill, even though Medicare said it was fraud, she hung up. every time I called back she hung up. So if you have Medicare beware of their billing practices which they say is legal, but not according to Medicare.

Worst experience ever. I'm in a severe pain . I am scheduled for a surgical procedure in there office. I show up on time just to find out they cancelled it! I tried to call there office several times for a question. I was not able to talk to a live person. I left several messages. No call back. The irony of this is my husband is also a doctor he had to hire a replacement for him today.. My appt was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:20 and I am still here , but my doctor has left... Waist of time ... Does get any worst then this ..

I have been seeing Dr. Gale for a couple of years... As I got worse, he was willing to try new things. I have recently been referred to a surgeon. I would highly recommend this people to anyone having pain issues. They are compassionaite and understanding. While, I am hoping to not see them after my surgery...in the event I do.. I feel confident in them.

I have been struggling trying to find a understanding doctor that looks at me as a person with the problems without judgment! Doctor Tark is absolutely an angel sent for me! He listened to me!!!! He understood me!!!! He cared for me!!!! The staff was wonderful in taking their time with me and getting my paperwork from other doctors. They worked really hard and works very hard! I will be Dr. Tarks patient until I cannot anymore. I’ve bounced around in 4 months and finally I feel home. Love them love them all already! I will definitely refer anyone to this location and to Dr. Tark! God placed him in the correct field because he cares for the patient! All love from Tina!!!!

Contrary to their web page - Patient care is apparently NOT THEIR PRIMARY GOAL. Also, contrary to their web site, they no long take self pay (uninsured patients) and if you have been in pain mngt previously and are looking for a new practice for any reason, even location, it can “take a long time to get your records from the previous clinic, have a doctor review those, and decide if you are a candidate for their practice or not.” At least according to their receptionist in Canton. All seems very contrary to the front they put on about wanting to help people. I’m in pain. I lost insurance a month ago and have never been without insurance. I need an MRI of my neck and I don’t need more drugs. I just want help. I have 2 kids. I can’t just lie in bed or on the couch and I can’t be drugged out of my mind. My arm, hand and part of my face is numb. No ER will help because I am a pain Mgmt patient, most don’t do MRIs in the ER anyway, and my current practice won’t see me beyond my normal visit in 2 weeks, even though I’ve been there 4 years and have never asked for help like this, prior to this and am obviously looking for diagnostics help not more drugs. #somepeoplesuck
