I had an excellent experience with the free consultation and my first laser treatment at YESMD Atlanta. Dr. Knott briefly introduced himself, and Rashelle exceeded my expectations in every way! She was deeply knowledgeable in aesthetics and functional medicine, welcoming for first-time patients like myself, and super patient to explain various devices and treatments they offer because I was quite overwhelmed with a lot of new information. Rashelle took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure to commit immediately or sell products. The BEST surprise of my first visit is knowing that they’re a clinic that offers so many different treatments tailored to solving unique problems. As someone who has struggled with the most sensitive acne-prone skin ever since the college days, I know to use clean products with non-pore clogging products to prevent future acne breakouts, but I have yet to find a solution to remove all the blemishes, dark spots, and post-acne marks on my face. I’m so fed up with dermatologists always giving the “one-size-fits-all” solution by prescribing actives, birth controls, etc. Sure, they’re a perfect solution that clears your acne while taking them, but it’s only temporary because my hormonal acne all returned after having quit them years ago. I truly appreciate this clinic using 100% clean, medical-grade products that are accessible to acne-prone skin and find a regimen that solves for my unique skin problem!!! I digress… about my first laser treatment done for bikini hair removal, it was the most comfortable, seamless laser hair removal experience I’ve ever had. I thought I’d never say this about laser hair removal, but wow, they use the highest quality lasers that cause no discomfort or pain! No more discomfort from series of stamping shots like they do at IdealImage! So satisfied with my first laser treatment and signed up for the whole package at a discounted price!
