I was a gymnast in my teens and early 20s. As a consequence I developed shoulder pain in both shoulders later in life. The last couple of years the pain became fairly intense to the point it interfered with my sleep and certain workouts. I went to Kevin and received stem cell and exersome injections in both shoulders. It’s been almost 4 months and the pain in both shoulders is all but gone. My sleep has improved significantly and I’m able to do most of my workouts. This treatment has truly changed my life. I can’t say enough good things about Kevin and his clinic. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing chronic pain.

I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Davison. I am getting a second treatment next week for my right hip's tendinopathy. I have every confidence in this coming treatment as I am so happy with the success of the first treatment on my left hip's tendinopathy last year. Walking was so painful and limited for me. I had to stop playing golf and many of my other physical activities. My left hip feels unlimited now. Make sure you follow the After-treatment Instructions as protecting and allowing the stems cells to regenerate new tissue is critical. I also recommend enhancing your recovery with physical therapy. I used Imua Therapy in Lahaina. Heather is the best, helping me feel comfortable with the whole process. Better to get stem cells done soon rather than waiting until your condition is really bad. 7/13/2025: This is a second posting. Because I was so happy with the results for my left hip, I had Dr. Kevin treat my right hip this past February. So it is now 5 months since the second injection and, honestly, it feels as if I've never had anything wrong with my hips. I am looking forward to returning to golf and will take lessons to correct my swing. I figure bad mechanics contributed to my hip problems. I've also started reformer Pilates and have experienced no restrictions or hip issues from any of my sessions. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin. So glad I went to him.

I can't recommend Dr. Davison enough. I've had three injuries that he successfully treated, saving me from the need for surgery each time. Most notably, I was scheduled for shoulder surgery that would have left me in a sling for eight months—meaning I wouldn’t have been able to hold my newborn. Thanks to Dr. Davison’s expertise and treatment, I avoided surgery altogether and was able to hold my baby and return to my normal activities much sooner than expected. His ability to diagnose and treat injuries is incredibly fast—much quicker than I can even get a referral for orthopedics and schedule an MRI. Dr. Davison and Heather are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Thank you

I went to Dr. Davison for a shoulder tendon injury that was causing severe pain. Initially, I believed I was going in for PRP treatment, but he strongly persuaded me to opt for a stem cell injection instead. From the start, I found his bedside manner off-putting—when I began explaining how I injured myself, he interrupted with, “I don’t need to hear your whole life history,” before launching into a long explanation about why stem cells were superior. I had high hopes based on the reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The treatment felt rushed, and I was not given clear post-procedure instructions specific to my injury. Instead, I received a stack of generic notes about activities like golfing and tennis, which weren’t clear as to how they were useful for my injury. Additionally, I wasn’t informed upfront that a follow-up injection would be necessary at an additional cost—I only learned this later when trying to get more information. After the treatment, I experienced an intense inflammatory reaction to the stem cells, leading to a month of excruciating pain. Communication with the office was frustrating—when I repeatedly asked about the cost of the second injection, Heather claimed she had sent the information, only to later realize she had been repeatedly emailing the wrong address. Considering I spent thousands of dollars, I deeply regret not taking more time to think through my decision. If the treatment had worked, that would have been one thing—but a year later, my shoulder pain is the same, perhaps even worse. I’m sure they’ll claim it’s because I didn’t go through with the second injection, but by that point, I had lost faith in their care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

Dr. Kevin And Heather are an amazing team! I went to them for a back injury as well as a wrist injury both of which I have seen incredible results in the treatment plan. They have helped me immensely and gotten me out of pain. If you are in need of injury treatment… look no further 🌺
