Joanne King Mindfulness Therapy Review Joanne is spectacular! She is an expert therapist with knowledge of all the tools one needs for a succesful journey. I set goals with Joanne and she exceeded my expectations, giving me all the support I needed for healthy living. She listens, understands and puts practical tasks in front of me that I can use in and out of therapy. She is very interactive in our sessions and makes me feel comfortable. Joanne genuinely wants me to be the best I can be. Joanne is open to differing timelines between sessions. Sometimes I need weekly, other times I am good with monthly sessions. She guides me through my pain and suffering and brings me out happy on the other side. I literally would not be who and where I am today without Joanne's help.
