My husband started seeing Dr. Winkelman during one of the most tumultuous times in his life. We were both at the end of knowing what to do for him and his mental health as he had been to many other western mental health practitioners with no answers to the root cause of his illness. I knew that we had to approach my husband's health with more sensitivity and greater awareness. Dr. Winkelman was both empathetic and patient to my husband's situation. He listened to my husband and was able to come up with a treatment plan 100% tailored to him. My husband is now thriving after more than 3 decades of mental health issues. We are beyond grateful to Dr. Winkelman for giving my husband back his quality of life. We would recommend him to anyone in need of true understanding of the human condition and in need of the root cause.
