Spent over $300 to have my hormones checked. Nowhere on the website does it state that there’s an ongoing monthly membership fee required to stay on as a patient and order medication. It was never also discussed at my initial appointment nor at my follow up to go over my labs. They were more than happy to take that initial $300, but super shady about the ongoing membership fee that they require. Nothing gives you a bad taste in your mouth like a slimy bait and switch. Complete waste of money. I’m going elsewhere.

Only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Edit: you're probably searching my maiden name. Because if I've never been a patient I'm not sure why you continue to steal my money. I've called multiple times regarding my account and can't seem to get a response. Until I left a Google review that is?
