I joined Balanced Flow Wellness after experiencing chronic tension in my shoulders and hips. From my first visit, Dr. Brittany impressed me with her thorough yet efficient analysis. Whether I’m receiving trigger point injections from Nurse Annie, ECS treatment, or PT from rehab specialists Gaston, Isaac, or Becca, I always feel genuinely at ease both mentally and physically. The front desk staff are consistently understanding about scheduling changes, and the quality of care at Balanced Flow is truly exceptional and hard to find elsewhere.

Balanced Flow was recommended to me by a friend and my experience has been so positive. The caring and interest that is shown from the first intake meeting to all subsequent treatments exceeds any prior experience. The Nurses and Therapists take the time to ask questions, track progress and try new things thoughtfully based on results. And they manage the insurance. I can’t recommend Balanced Flow too highly.

Balanced Flow is a fabulous place to rehab physically as well as internally, I have been with Balanced Flow approximately 6 years. I have witnessed the constant advancement of various treatments to the med gym. Balanced Flow has treated every one of my family members in some capacity or another. Sports injuries, pulled muscles, vitamins, hormones, post-hysterectomy care, weight loss, etc. You may not think they can treat you, but just ask, you might be surprised. Dr H & Dr Lee are fabulous. The staff is great as well, especially Adrean & Loralee…They are my constant “go-to” people. They are part of my weekly living!!

Over the months, I’ve seen measurable improvements in strength and recovery that directly transfer into my heavy training: faster bounce-back between sessions, improved stamina under load, and noticeable fat loss without sacrificing muscle mass. My InBody scans confirm what I feel — fat dropping, muscle holding steady. Balanced Flow has been my go-to for more than 10 years now, and I wouldn't trade their high quality care, service and all-around love for what they do for anything. I've been a patient of Dr. Lee's for more than a decade and have had the honor of seeing his practice----which now includes many top-tier care providers like Dr. Dom and Lauralee Thomas---bloom. Every time I visit, I am treated like family. I genuinely can't remember any other time I've looked forward to going to a medical appointment so much. I love this place, the people and mission.
