I can’t say enough about the level of care and expertise Jesse Perez provided for the two plus years I was with her. When we first met I wasn't in a good place. My mood was volatile and I struggled, initially, to communicate my needs. Jesse was patient every step of the way. She has a great ear, and substantive, often challenging observations. She was the first to make a correct diagnosis of my condition. The medications she zeroed in on, with some trial and error due to side effects, have been a life changer. Her dedication extended to accommodating my need to meet in person, which isn't that common anymore, and routinely taking on the insurance industry like a pro. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in support of parents and child patients. There have been occasions when a pharmacy cannot fill a medication, she is responsive and will resend to another pharmacy. She is consistently friendly and caring.
